History

The Mountain Laurel Quilter’s Guild was formed in 1999. The purpose of the guild is to increase the interest and participation in quilting. Our guild includes quilters of all levels of interest and accomplishment and anyone interested in quilting is invited to join. The guild has sponsored round robin row quilts, mystery quilts, block of the month raffles and annual quilt challenges.  Monthly meetings vary and include speakers, workshops, demonstrations, potlucks, trunk shows, quilt college, socializing and guild business. Vendors are on site at most meetings.

General Info

All meetings are held at the Richmond Center 40 Main St., New Milford, CT. Vendors may open at 6:30 pm, the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. The meetings will be cancelled if the schools are closed due to inclement weather. Meetings are held on second Tuesday of the month.   Annual dues: $25.00; Guest Fee $5.00
